SSH Telnet in Cloud Hosting
If you have a cloud hosting account with our company and you want to handle your content remotely using SSH, you can easily obtain SSH access to the account through your Hepsia Control Panel. If your package does not offer this feature as standard, you may add it with a couple of mouse clicks from the Upgrades menu. Within the SSH section of the Control Panel, you'll see the host, the port number and the username that you need to use when you connect to the account. You could also choose what password you would want to use, since it does not need to be the same as the one for the account. We've prepared many Help articles where you may find all of the commands that you'll be able to use with a shared hosting package, plus examples of how they are used. Furthermore, if SSH access is allowed for your account, you will be able to establish a Secure FTP (SFTP) connection using a standard client such as FileZilla, for instance.
SSH Telnet in Semi-dedicated Servers
You shall be able to connect to your semi-dedicated server account via SSH no matter which package you choose when you sign up. With some plans, the feature is offered by default, while with others, it could be included as and additional upgrade for as long as you need it. You can discover the needed login information inside the Hepsia Control Panel, included with all accounts - the host/server name, the port number and the login name. You may select the password you'll use and if you would like, you can change it on a regular basis with a couple of clicks for even higher security. You will be able to see all the commands that you may use in advance, because we've listed them along with examples of how they are used to carry out a specific task. Once SSH access to your semi-dedicated server account is enabled, you'll be able to use an FTP program and establish an SFTP connection.
