And that is exactly where our Optional Admin Services offer will comes in real handy. Thanks to it, your server will be entered in our custom–built monitoring system, which will keep an eye on all the essential services. And in the event of any service crash, our skilled server administrators will be alerted momentarily and they will solve the trouble as soon as possible.

Weekly Backups

Having a backup of your hosted content is imperative – one never knows when something would go wrong. And with the Optional Admin Services deal, you will enjoy regular backups of your whole VPS, not only of your content, without you needing to install or configure anything. What’s more all the backups are stored on a server with many RAID–configured hard drives. In other words, your content will always be safe, irrespective of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

Whilst a Virtual Private Server offers you a practically infinite set of possibilities, you will often have to install additional pieces of software. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can comes in real handy. It is an integral part of our Optional Admin Services package, which entitles you to demand any of our qualified server admins to install any software package and to resolve any trouble you may have with your server.

The Optional Admin Services solution comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It is an optional feature with our KVM VPS Servers.
